Charmaine leads ANALYTIC i 's Account Services team which is responsible for the implementation, growth and development of all database and CRM solutions. Her responsibilities also include the acquisition and implementation of key marketing database and CRM solution accounts and the establishment and coordination of ANALYTIC i 's vendor / partner relations, a critical element in delivering campaign management and reporting solutions.
Charmaine has assembled a team of highly qualified Account Managers and Business Analysts who are responsible for installed account management, business requirements gathering and training / educational services. She is personally involved in all aspects of strategic management and planning for all of ANALYTIC i 's database / CRM accounts. She has successfully developed and implemented a proven process flow for which database solutions are delivered.
Charmaine brings over 15 years' direct marketing experience to her current role. Previously, she was employed at Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Program Manager implementing client marketing databases and at Donnelley Marketing as Director of Customer Relations. These previous responsibilities included the delivery of database marketing solutions, in which she gained extensive experience in proprietary solutions (D&B Connect, MarketZone, etc.) She was responsible for the delivery of business requirements, project plan, issue resolution and change control documentation as well resource management for all database marketing accounts.

A graduate of Bucknell University , Mark began his career in the Private Client Services Group of Bear Stearns Co. working in equity sales and research. Dissatisfied with the uncreative environment of finance, Mark joined the direct and database marketing group at Ammirati Puris Lintas.
While at Ammirati, Mark developed his interest and experience in relationship marketing by working on clients such as Compaq, LEGO, and Goldman Sachs. He honed his marketing skills by focusing on business case development, data hygiene, customer segmentation and analysis, and communication plan development.
Mark left Ammirati to join Foote Cone Belding where he eventually assumed the role of Vice President, Consulting Services for Analytici (FCB's database marketing department). While working for Analytici, Mark worked on both consumer and B2B clients including Lorillard Tobacco, Square D Electric, PeopleSoft, and the USPS Philatelic Catalog. In his role, Mark was responsible for managing client relationships and strategy with respect to database development, campaign management, and customer and program analysis.
Before returning to FCB, Mark served as Director of Customer Relationship Management at Atari, a leading publisher, developer, and distributor of video game software for gaming enthusiasts and the mass-market audience. At Atari Mark was charged with building Atari's CRM department which was responsible for relationship marketing communications, website development and management, ecommerce, viral marketing and database marketing.
Mark's current position a SVP Relationship Marketing has him focused on developing cutting edge global integrated marketing strategy on behalf of Motorola for both B2C, B2B and SOHO markets.

Vice President of Technical Operations, David Weinberg , brings twenty-one years of experience in computer programming and software design to the ANALYTICi team. Though most of his work has been focused on the design, development and implementation of Database Marketing software, in recent years David has cultivated further experience in team and project management.
David comes to ANALYTICi from Donnelly Marketing/InfoUSA, where he was the Director of Technical Services, responsible for the creation, actualization and installation of the firm's core systems. He designed and wrote many of the firm's mainframe software programs, including MAILSAVE III (a direct marketing merge-purge package) and served as a project leader for MarketZone and InfoConnect.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Debbie has fourteen years of experience in statistical programming, modeling and analysis. Before joining Analytic i , Debbie headed up an analytical team for ACNielsen, supporting the snacking businesses for Kraft foods. There she led projects including pricing and promotion analysis, grocery store audit analysis, and market structures.
She also has seven years of direct marketing experience with Experian and infoUSA, where her areas of responsibility included managing a self reported database, statistical modeling, segmentation, and customer profiling projects for a wide variety of clients. Rounding out her work history is four years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, during which she performed statistical programming and analysis for Phase I clinical trials.

Larry has 30+ years of experience in data processing and applications development. For over 20 of those years he has been designing, testing and implementing systems and on-line databases to address clients' requirements.
His specific expertise includes systems analysis and design, program and system testing, implementing cost justified creative solutions to address development and marketing issues.
He was previously employed at Donnelley Marketing as Director, Systems Analysis. He was responsible for analysis, design, testing and implementation of on-line marketing databases.

Mona's specific expertise includes systems analysis and design, system testing, project implementation management, team building, technology support for account management and extensive client relationship management and end user support.
Mona comes to ANALYTICi from Donnelly Marketing/InfoUSA, where she was the Director of Client Database Solutions and was a key resource in building dozens of proprietary marketing databases.
In her role as Director of Systems Analysis & Design for Analytici Mona will help support existing clients, perform analysis and system design for new database clients and manage the Systems Analysis team.

Bob has been a database technologist and programmer for over twenty years. He has considerable systems and platform experience having designed, developed and implemented software and database marketing tools for mainframe and client/server applications including the automation of manual systems, development of utilities, troubleshooting and the training of staff and clients.
He helped debug and entirely automated all aspects of CHAINING, a major proprietary merge-purge system that has been used to process trillions of records for hundreds of companies, including the first AT&T direct marketing effort.
He's conversant in a multitude of protocols, platforms and programming languages. He has also been involved in all phases of system design & planning; program design and coding; infrastructure; networking; database design, programming & administration; hardware/software evaluation & procurement; pre-sales; requirements gathering; education & training; troubleshooting and client management for… AT&T, Oracle, Cisco, Prentice Hall, Franklin-Covey, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Kodak, PeopleSoft, Kansas City Power & Light, WINBOOK, American Express, IAMS and GTE.
Bob was part of the first beta team to test Microsoft's Open Database Connectivity for the first ODBC compliant and Internet-based Database Marketing and Campaign Management system, MarketZone (circa 1995). He was also one of this system's principal architects.

Jim Hammill brings over twenty five years' experience in requirements gathering, documentation, systems design, development, project management, process analysis, implementation and training to ANALYTIC i and its clients. His experience covers sales, marketing, securities and finance in the PC, minicomputer, mainframe and LAN environments.
Jim specializes in developing business requirements and business models to support the development of marketing databases and CRM solutions across a wide range of industries. His documentation is customized to satisfy each client's individual needs and is crafted to provide actionable information to a wide audience of business and technology professionals. In addition, he has developed courses and seminars in proprietary software solutions and has trained end users and operational personnel in the effective use and support of such products.

Dhiren has several years of experience and formal training with the implementation of various CRM Applications in the realm of Campaign Management and Reporting. He also has a great deal of experience with data processing and data warehousing using tools such as SQL Server and DM Express. He is involved in all client implementations from data analysis to merge purge to custom client reporting.
Dhiren comes from a background in the Internet and telecommunications industry. Formerly working under the Wireless Data Division and Bell Atlantic Mobile, Dhiren led the Web Access technology team that brought Internet Access and Email to cellular phones. He has participated in the WAP Forum which strives to standardize the wireless web technology. Before that, Dhiren worked for Johnson & Johnson Networking and Computing Services where he designed and managed security and remote access solutions for the company.
Dhiren holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken , N.J. He also holds Cisco certification for network design.
